In-process and pre-shipment inspection surveys, on time delivery,

Package. Along with performing the role of a traditional
purchasing agent, we assist in the management of logistics from
producing to exporting consumer products from many producers
across India.
And as buying agents we act as a resource for product
development, quality management and documentation of merchandise
out of India. Suppliers are short listed for their reliability,
innovation and quality then introduced to the buyers. Just a few
of the other services provided are centralized letter of credit
operations, regular quality control checks of merchandise during
production as well as prior to shipment, constant monitoring to
ensure timely shipments.
Product sourcing is an going process with us. Product /
categories are sourced from reputed manufacturers across many
parts of India. Sourcing process includes factory evaluations,
here all factories are carefully evaluated in terms of their
set-up, attitude, equipment and general standards prior to
presenting there product range to a buyer to ensure that the
manufacturer is capable of producing the quantity and quality of
contemplated product. Factories also must meet the legal
requirements applicable in the country of production as also of
the importing country. All this is carried out by our well
qualified staff members.
Product development is an on going process. Each vendor keeps
submitting new samples developed by them, keeping in view the
market trends. Most of these are kept in our show room for the
view of the buyers. When the buyers visit India the products are
either displayed in our office or at the factories show room,
here if necessary further improvements / alterations are
discussed with the vendor present. Once the products are
selected final samples are then submitted for the buyers
approval.
Once the products are identified by the buyers, three sets of
samples are prepared by the vendor prior to their starting the
production. Two samples are then sent to the buyer for approval
and one set of samples retained by us for our reference. Once
the buyer gives us the approval we instruct the vendor to start
production. Production has to confirm to the samples retained by
us.

Quality Control Assurance & Packaging |
Product Inspections are carried out while the merchandise is
being produced, here we ensure there is no basic material
defects, elimination / correction making sure the product is
being produced meeting the quality standard required. Another
Final Inspection is carried out where both the material and the
packaging are inspected. Facilities for all the different types
of export item packaging have been identified and are being used
as per Buyers requirements.
We prefer to deal through the Buyers nominated agents. In case
you do not have one, we can use our own agents, to ensure proper
shipments and maximum savings on freight.
To effect better control on the vendors with regards to ensuring
timely Deliveries we prefer the Purchase Orders to be routed
through us.
Since our inspection standards are quite stringent possibility
of claims are unlikely to arise. However in case a claim does
arise, we as agents take full responsibility for compensation to
the buyers from vendors.
